My artistic 7 year old daughter loves meditations that take her on journeys to her \"inside body\" and my youngest, (aged 3) is sometimes just happy cuddling TATE while practicing her \"big deep breaths\"! \n\nThe other thing we have found so fantastic, is that our kids have taken the skills they have learned from TATE into their worlds. Recently my youngest was struggling to control her emotions (toddler problems!) but after taking her on my lap and suggesting joining me in some deep breaths, she was able to overcome her anger and move on with a clearer head. It was actually pretty amazing! \n\nWhether it be for focus, for relaxing, for exploration, or for learning to cope and breathe through challenges that our children are face with, TATE offers something for every child. \n\nI highly recommend and believe in mediTATE. ❤️","products":[{"image":"https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0651/2941/4908/files/7_cfed5e17-9213-43ac-a516-3481aa506b1e.png?v=1730855725","productLink":"https://shop.miindfully.com/products/tate-1","title":"TATE + UNLIMITED full access to all miindfully™ content","handle":"tate-1"}],"firstName":"Lauren Woods","createdAt":"2024-01-09T23:32:36.138Z","rate":5,"productIds":[7945009496316],"countryCode":"CA","hasImages":false,"shopDomain":"miindfully-e140.myshopify.com","helpful":0,"verifyBuyer":false,"status":"approved","pinned":false,"isFeatured":false,"id":"ZBYqkrRWXYwYIVAtQmqX","isProductExists":true},{"lastName":"","images":[],"notHelpful":0,"source":"Writed by customer","content":"Tate is a wonderful toy/tool for a dear friend of mine who recently had a new grand baby!!
